Cette immonde connasse de Frédérique Vidal a donc, comme c'était prévu, annoncé la mise en place d'un "numéro d'urgence" pour lutter contre la précarité étudiante. Quand on appelle (je viens de le faire), on entend ça : 

"bonjour, vous êtes un étudiant rencontrant des graves difficultés, un télé-conseiller va prendre votre appel et vous renseignera sur le soutien ou les aides qui peuvent vous être apportés."

Il fallait bien un numéro de téléphone avec ce message enregistré pour que dans la 6ème puissance mondiale au 21ème siècle des étudiants arrêtent de s'immoler par le feu pour dénoncer la précarité qu'ils vivent au quotidien. 

Alors moi, depuis l'affaire "Bienvenue en France" je n'ai absolument plus aucun doute sur le fait que Frédérique Vidal soit une immonde connasse. Mais j'avoue qu'elle continue toujours de me surprendre.

Première surprise : ce numéro de lutte contre la précarité est ouvert … du Lundi au Vendredi et de 9h à 17h.

Je vous jure que c'est vrai. Que voulez-vous, c'est la start-up nation mes amis. Immolez-vous par le feu si vous voulez mais pas le week-end. Le moindre site en HTML 2 du moindre secrétariat d'état à l'élargissement anal de diptères est pourvu de chatbots dopés à l'intelligence artificielle de poneys morts mais là, là pour lutter contre la précarité étudiante cette immonde connasse de Frédérique Vidal ouvre un standard téléphonique digne des horaires d'un guichet de la poste au fond de la Lozère à la fin du 20ème siècle. On est donc prié d'avoir envie de s'immoler pendant les horaires de bureau. Ou d'aller bien se faire cuire le cul. Si elle avait pu relancer le minitel elle l'aurait fait. Mais il y a encore mieux. Si si. 

Deuxième surprise. Ce numéro de téléphone n'est même pas un foutu de numéro vert gratuit.

Je vous jure que c'est vrai. C'est un putain de numéro payant. Cette immonde connasse de Frédérique Vidal, dans le cadre des mesures qu'elle entend déployer pour lutter contre la précarité étudiante, a mis en place un numéro d'appel … payant !!! Ah ben oui hein. Déjà que les étudiants n'arrivent ni à manger, ni à se loger, ni à se soigner correctement, déjà qu'un étudiant sur cinq vit sous le seuil de pauvreté, qu'un étudiant sur deux n'a pas assez d'argent pour couvrir ses besoins, et qu'un étudiant sur dix renonce à voir un médecin pour des raisons financières, la sixième puissance économique mondiale n'allait pas non plus se payer le luxe de leur offrir le coût de la communication locale quand ils voudraient signaler pendant les jour ouvrés et aux horaires de bureau qu'ils étaient au bord du gouffre.

Non vraiment a ce niveau là, on ne sait plus quoi penser de la Ministre de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche de la 6ème puissance économique mondiale au 21ème siècle.

<Mise à jour du lundi 13 Janvier> De manière assez étonnante – ou pas – presqu'aucun article, à l'exception notable de ceux du Dauphiné libéré et des DNA, ne mentionne le fait qu'il s'agisse d'un numéro payant. Mais ailleurs, rien. Rien chez BFM, rien dans l'Obs, rien dans la dépêche AFP reprise partout (exemple sur Le Point).

De leur côté, France Info et Ouest-France mentionnent le fait qu'il sera facturé au prix d'un appel local mais sans s'en émouvoir ou s'en étonner (ou mentionner que certains s'en étonnent et s'en émeuvent). 

Le syndicat Solidaire étudiant(e)s a réagi ce dimanche en qualifiant ce numéro de "vaste fumisterie"

Les réaction à mon article ont été, comme attendues, assez nombreuses et sa viralité assez forte (près de 12 000 vues en moins de 2 jours). Si certains se sont offusqués qu'un "universitaire" ose s'abaisser à utiliser ce niveau de langue, les réactions qui m'ont le plus étonnées ont été celles tendant à euphémiser la brutalité de cette politique en expliquant que, "quand même", ne s'agissait pas d'un numéro "surtaxé" et que dans bien des forfaits téléphoniques le coût d'une communication locale n'était pas facturé. Inférant donc que dans certains cas l'appel de ce numéro payant ne coûterait rien à l'usager (s'il a bien sûr le bon forfait téléphonique, s'il est chez le bon opérateur, s'il ne reste pas trop longtemps au téléphone, etc.)

Ces réactions, pour être honnête, furent vraiment très minoritaires et la plupart du temps le fait de trolls ou de soutiens LREM explicites. Mais pas uniquement. J'y vois le symptôme du fait que ce gouvernement cherche à rogner et à gangréner toutes les marges. Comme cette diminution des APL de 5 euros qui, souvenez-vous, n'était quand même "pas si grave". Comme donc aujourd'hui ce numéro payant mais "pas si cher".

Après s'être fait une spécialité de mal nommer les choses pour littéralement dé-nommer le réel ("Bienvenue en France" pour virer les étudiants étrangers trop pauvres, "éloignement" des étrangers pour signifier leur expulsion, "atteintes sévères à la vision" pour des éborgnements, et ainsi de suite), ce gouvernement se fait également une spécialité de l'injonction paradoxale ou de la double contrainte comme guidance politique et instrument de domination connu et documenté mais euphémisé par le  fameux "en même temps" ; on développe les aides pour les étudiants mais "en même temps" on diminue les APL de 5 euros. On met en place un numéro pour lutter contre la misère étudiante qui n'est pas gratuit mais qui "en même temps" n'est pas non plus surtaxé. La suite est d'autant plus connue qu'elle est un précédent littéraire qui n'avait pas vocation à devenir un mode d'emploi : c'est la guerre mais "en même temps" c'est la paix, c'est la liberté mais "en même temps" c'est l'esclavage, c'est l'ignorance mais "en même temps" c'est la force. 

La dernière euphémisation en date est celle du "croche-pied" effectué par un policier et présenté dans les JT télévisuels comme un parangon des violences policières, alors que la même journée voyait un manifestant se faire rouer de coups au sol, une grenade lacrymogène tirée dans un immeuble, sans compter, bien sûr, les mutilés à vie, éborgnés, mains arrachées et autres "fractures du larynx" ayant entraîné la mort par asphyxie suite à un plaquage ventral. Une politique du croche-pied. C'est peut-être cela, finalement, le terme qui qualifie le mieux la politique du gouvernement Macron.

    Des étudiants sont dans une situation de misère au point que certains en viennent à s’immoler, et vous considérez que ceux que ça révolte sont des “petits garçons colériques” ?! Nous n’avons pas les mêmes valeurs, du tout.
    Et un numéro payant pour des étudiants en situation de précarité c’est tout ce que ça vous inspire comme réaction ? Attaquer celui qui s’en offusque ? Vraiment ? Les macronistes et consorts vous ne voyez décidément pas plus loin que le fond de votre porte-feuille…

Pierre : l’état Français n’est pas une entreprise et le crime de lèse-majesté n’y existe plus, critiquer une ministre pour des décisions aussi illogiques que déshumanisées y est donc possible et c’est normal. Je ne vous souhaite pas de vous retrouver un jour dans la précarité mais peut-être cela vous ferait-il passer ce ton grotesque et complètement détaché des réalités actuelles, surtout dans le domaine de l’enseignement supérieur et de sa gestion catastrophique des moyens alloués au social et à la recherche.

  11. je suis bien triste de lire encore et toujours dans cet article et dans les commentaires les mots putain et pute. putain de…, fils de pute…. il est temps de cesser d`insulter les femmes à longueur de journée. réflechissons à notre langage et à ce qu`il véhicule.
    émancipons nous collectivement.

    merci pour le coup de gueule, c’est bon à lire 🙂
    Cependant, malgré le ton très polémique de l’article, il fait preuve à l’endroit des horaires d’ouverture des bureaux de postes ruraux d’un optimisme excessif, et pour tout dire peut-être un peu rétrograde : l’ouverture d’un bureau de poste tous les jours de la semaine de 9h à 17h en milieu rural (j’élargis, supposant que la Lozère n’était citée qu’en guise de synecdoque), on n’a pas vu ça depuis le XX° siècle au maximum !
